Filled car up with gas completely right before returning and was told "it wasn't completely full" even though the it read completely full, and threatened to charge $13. I went back to gas station to try and top it off and the car wouldn't even accept anymore fuel. Said airport "requires" a receipt of you filling up the gas tank(which has never been my experience renting a car anywhere else). Eventually removed charges, but thought it was an unnecessary hassle. Customers in front of us tried to use debit card to rent (which I knew car rental companies don't always like), and gave them a tough time and said that he would need to run their credit score.

Great 2 day Budget rental car experience! I'm not sure the customer service rep, Ernie could have been any more pleasant. When I picked up the car he impressed me with his positive attitude towards the customers in front of me, then he greeted me with the same genuine attitude when I stepped up to the counter. The car was clean and ready to go when we stepped out the door. Ernie was there when we returned the car and greeted me by name. Refreshing to see a person who truly enjoys his job and makes the customer feel appreciated!
