In and out in less than 5 minutes for a pickup! Employee was friendly and very helpful.
Never rented from Avis before. The entire experience was good. Reservation online, pickup and return were all easy. Good selection of cars. VW Jetta was clean, comfortable, good mileage. We would do it again!
I have to rent cars when I drive down to Cincinnati for work and Avis is always very helpful and my car is ready when I get there. I never have to wait!
Avis is a joke compared to the other car rental companies. I booked a car online at the Avis on W. Market St. They called early that morning I was suppose to pick up the rental to tell me they had no cars available and to call the fairlawn location. I called multiple times and no one would answer the phone. I called the previous location and they said the reason they might not be answering is because it was probably a long line outside the door at that location. So I decided to drive out there to see if they had any cars available and to my surprise there were no customers there at all. Just an employee sitting there looking bored. He didn't have any cars for me to rent either. Why let me book and pay for a car online that you don't have?! I've called customer service twice to refund me, and each time they say that they have, and it's still on my credit card over a month later. I advise you to go with enterprise.
Horrible will never go there again extremely rude and unprofessional. Misquoted numerous times in 2 days
